We started our journey in 2004 as Maritaş Tekstil, specializing in woven fabric production. In 2013, we launched our denim production line and established the Maritaş Denim brand. Today, we continue our operations under the Maritaş umbrella as a fully integrated R&D center, managing every stage of denim production — from yarn to weaving.

As we align with the global transformation of the textile industry, we combine our knowledge and investment strength to continuously enhance our products and processes with a strong ecological perspective.

2004

Maritaş Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was established.

2012

Maritaş brand registration was received.

2013

Maritaş Denim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was established.

2016

Denim fabric capacity increased from 9 million to 18 million.

2018

Maritaş’s approved R&D centre was established and launched its patented product concept Terra.

2021

Maritaş opened its first overseas offices in England and Germany and launched its patented product concept Cycle FX.

2022

Maritaş Denim’s investments in solar power plants and TÜBİTAK supported regenerative agriculture project started.

2023

Maritaş started its first European Union project.

2024

Maritaş increased denim fabric capacity from 18 million to 24 million.

2030

Maritaş aims to become a textile manufacturer that fully embraces sustainable raw materials and develops technologies that respect nature, people, and all living environments, in line with the principles of a circular economy and ethical values.
